Auction Volunteers needed

Finance Team assists guests getting checked into the event, performs all data entry and filing tasks, as well as getting guests cashed out at the end (provided they didn’t swipe a credit card when they entered the event).
Silent Auction Team not only helps manage the Silent Auction (closing out Guaranteed Bids, and closing the sections at the appropriate times), but also stays behind to stage the Silent and Live items for pickup.
Guest Sales Team manages sales of non-auction items during the Silent Auction (raffles, etc.) and is the team on the floor during the Live Auction to record, run, etc. Two members of the team will assist at the bar recording bid numbers.
Hospitality Team
Half of this team are Greeters, helping manage the Registration Lines and welcoming guests
Half of this team are Coat Check volunteers, helping take guests coats as needed
The whole team becomes Live Auction Models, showing off the Live Auction items as needed
Clean up: Take down all decorations, tables, chairs and other materials after the auction. (Two crews: one on auction night, one on following morning).
Kitchen Assistant: High school/college students. Working under the direction of the caterer, support serving staff with table bussing, water refills, coffee refills, etc. One or two adult supervisers also needed.
Setup: Setup of all areas at the event site: guest tables/chairs, bars, registration area, volunteer hospitality area, item packing/pick up area, etc. Needed the week before and thoughout the day of the auction.
